1. What SlipRelay is
SlipRelay ("we", "us") is a software service, operated by Apex Ecom Solutions LLC, that turns content you send us, such as bet slip screenshots and pick details, into social media posts and publishes them to accounts you connect. We are a posting tool. We do not create, select, or recommend wagers, accept bets, or act as a sportsbook.
2. Who can use it
You must be at least 21 years old and allowed to use social media and sports betting services where you live. You are responsible for following the laws, platform rules and advertising rules that apply to your content, including any rules on gambling promotion.
3. Your content
You own your content. You give us permission to process, format and publish it to the accounts you connect, only to provide the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your picks, records and claims. Don't use SlipRelay to make guarantees of winnings or misleading claims, or to post content that breaks a platform's rules.
4. Connected accounts
You connect accounts through each platform's official authorization. You can disconnect at any time. Platforms can change their rules or limit posting at any time, and we're not responsible for actions a platform takes on your account.
5. Records and grading
Results are graded automatically from public final scores. You can review and correct results. Records we display reflect the picks sent to SlipRelay. We don't verify picks made outside the service.
6. Billing
Plans are billed monthly through Stripe after any free trial. You can cancel any time from the billing portal, and your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Fees aren't refunded for partial months unless required by law.
7. No warranty
The service is provided "as is". We aim for reliable posting but don't guarantee that every post will publish on time or at all.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for betting losses, lost profits, or platform actions.
9. Changes and termination
We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or platform rules.
